About I’ve been involved in different sports my whole life, including Footy and Basketball.
My journey in the gym began as an overweight young teen at age 13, I then went on to lose 40kgs in 2019 through the training principles I learnt from beginning at a young age.
My passion of training guided me into the direction after high school to seek further study in the fitness industry by completing a Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Science at Victoria University.
My personal experiences in the gym and education have allowed me to have a deep understanding of identifying key areas of improvement and teaching training principles to ensure the highest level of training possible.
I have a strong passion to get the best out of my clients, build strong relationships and teach how to not only train properly, but having fun whilst doing so.
